The first time our cleaners come to your home for regularly scheduled maid service cleaning, we typically perform a "detail" clean of all of the accessible areas of your home. Typically, this "First Clean" service is priced at an hourly rate. On subsequent weekly, biweekly or monthly visits, we attempt to maintain your house to the standards you specify by performing a mutually developed list of "everytime" cleaning tasks. Cleaning fees for continuing maid service cleaning visits are priced on a "flat fee" basis. Our goal is to use our time doing the cleaning that is most important to you. Each cleaning visit comes with our guarantee that we will do the cleaning specified in our agreement to your satisfaction.
